Note that the application is NOT COMPLETE until payment is received by the Chicago Magic Soccer Club office. If you would like to make a secure on-line credit card payment (and have marked so on the application) you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to do so.

After waiting 5 days, please check the "Team Applied" on the "Schedules/Results" page to verify that your application is in our database. Any problems with the application, please contact the registrar and include your team name and age group.
